At Notts & Derby Cash Registers Ltd, we have a team of engineers to support all of our products. We are Casio Main agents for Cash Registers but can also repair other makes including Geller, Tec, Sharp, Sam 4S and Samsung and many others.

The same applies to Glasswashers, Dishwashers and Icemakers. We are main agents for DC (Direct Catering) and Maidaid Halcyon. We also deal with other suppliers depending on a customers needs.

We have access to a wide range of parts for all the equipment we supply as we have accounts with major spare suppliers. We are only a phone call away whenever you need us and can normally come out the day of your call, the latest being the following day. All of our engineers have been here many years and have a vast experience in repairing all types of equipment. If we cannot fix the problem and need spares we can usually obtain them within a couple of days.

All of our tills, Glass/Dishwashers and Icemakers come with a twelve month parts and labour guarantee. We also give full telephone support including evenings and weekends if ever you need any help. After your initial guarantee has expired we do offer a maintenance contract to cover you for the future years. We also offer a telephone support only contract which is popular for the Touch Screen tills we supply as our customers sometimes want help in putting a new product on or more extensive programming. It is well worth considering the maintenance contracts with view to the cost of spare parts, especially for the Glasswashers and Dishwashers as the various pumps do not last forever and can cost a few hundred pounds to replace. Whilst under contract we will call at some point to give the equipment a service before the contract expires.
