Our History

Notts & Derby Cash Registers Ltd started life in 1981. At that time we just supplied and serviced Cash Registers to local pubs, restaurants and retail shops. Over the years we were being asked about what else we supplied especially from our clients who had pubs and restaurants. Therefore in 1986 we decided to start supplying and servicing Glass/Dishwashers, Icemakers and Bottle Coolers. We have since gone on to install many of these over our 30 year history.

In 2004 the first Casio Touchscreens were launched. This revolutionised the till as we know it. No longer was it a problem to fit all the products on a till that a busy pub was selling. Since then we have literally installed a few hundred Touchscreens. They have been a big success to us.

We operate from our premises near Derby City centre and have a dedicated team of engineers who have all been with us for many years. We also have a showroom where you are quite welcome to look at the tills etc we sell. Although based in Derby we do travel far and wide.

With our expertise we can set up your EPOS System exactly how you want it to operate. We will also fully train you and your staff on its use. This is an invaluable service that you will not get when buying off the Internet. We hear many horror stories of people buying Systems cheaply from the internet but not getting any support when they need it most. The same applies to the Glass/Dishwashers as setting them up correctly is vital to obtaining the best results.
